Interfaith Bike Ride & Cycling Taster Sessions

Sunday 8th September 2019, 1.30pm – 4pm
Cycle Enfield and the Healthy Streets team at Enfield Council and the Enfield Faith Forum are hosting Enfield’s first Interfaith Bike Ride. Please join us on this relaxed 12km ride to show that we are united against prejudice and hatred.
To take part in either ride, please arrive at your chosen destination by 1.30pm.
Palmers Green Mosque, 30 Oakthorpe Rd, Palmers Green, London N13 5JL
or
Southgate Progressive Synagogue, 75 Chase Rd, London N14 4QY
Both routes are detailed in the map below.
At both locations you will be met by a Cycle Confident guide who will lead you along backstreets and cycle paths to your chosen destination and back again. Free refreshments will be offered at the halfway point and at the end of the ride.
Can’t Ride, No Problem
Whilst the ride is taking place, we will be offering free cycling taster sessions to both adults and children at both venues.
There will also be a free Dr Bike cycle repair service on offer at both locations.
Bring your family and your friends to this free event. Everyone is welcome.
